Agreement to terms

By downloading, installing, or using Note Nerds, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Description of service

Note Nerds is a notebook and drawing app for iPhone and iPad. It requires iOS 26 or iPadOS 26 or later.

Your content

Your notebooks, handwriting, drawings, and imported files are yours. Strategic Nerds claims no ownership of anything you create in Note Nerds and has no access to it.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Note Nerds only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Third-party services

Sync relies on your own iCloud account and is governed by Apple's terms. Notion publishing is optional and is governed by Notion's terms once your content reaches your workspace.

Backups

Note Nerds is not a backup service. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. Exporting a notebook as a PDF or a Note Nerds file is the simplest way to do that.

Intellectual property

Note Nerds and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Strategic Nerds and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

Note Nerds is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall Strategic Nerds be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes.
