Common questions

How do I log a meal?

Tap "Add Meal" and enter the food items you ate. You can search our database or enter custom foods with their nutritional information.

How do I set my calorie goal?

Go to Settings > Goals and set your daily calorie target. You can also set macronutrient goals if desired.

Is my data synced across devices?

Yes, when you sign in with the same account, your calorie logs sync automatically between iOS and web.

Can I track macros (protein, carbs, fat)?

Yes, CalorieNerds tracks all macronutrients. You can view your macro breakdown on the daily summary screen.

How do I edit or delete a logged meal?

Tap on any logged meal to edit or delete it. You can also swipe left on a meal to quickly delete.

Can I export my calorie data?

Yes, go to Settings > Export Data to download your calorie history.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data.
