By creating an account or using TripMaster, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

License grant

Strategic Nerds grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TripMaster for personal or business purposes.

Description of service

TripMaster is a trip planning application available on iOS and web. The service allows you to create, organize, and manage travel itineraries.

Account registration

To use TripMaster, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate account information
Maintaining the security of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account

User responsibilities

You agree to use TripMaster lawfully and responsibly. You will not:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with other users' use of the service
Upload malicious content or code

User content

You retain ownership of the trip data you create. By using TripMaster, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

No warranty

TripMaster is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

We make no warranties regarding:

The accuracy of any travel information
Uninterrupted access to the service

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strategic Nerds is not liable for any damages arising from your use of TripMaster, including but not limited to:

Data loss or corruption
Service interruptions
Travel disruptions or issues
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Subscription and payments

If TripMaster offers paid features in the future, additional terms regarding payments, refunds, and cancellations will apply.

Service modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue TripMaster at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

Updates and modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
