Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Infinite Backlog, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

License grant

Strategic Nerds grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Infinite Backlog on your Apple devices for personal use, under the App Store's terms for apps.

Description of service

Infinite Backlog is an arcade puzzle game for iPhone and iPad. Offline modes need no account. Online play, leaderboards, and the Daily Sprint need an account, which you sign in to with a code sent to your email.

Your account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping access to the email address you sign in with
• Everything that happens in online play under your account
• Ensuring your device meets the minimum system requirements

You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings, then Delete my account.

Fair play

Scores are checked by replaying each run on our server. We may remove a score, a leaderboard place, or a rating that the replay does not confirm.

AI Agent opponents

Bots are always labeled "AI Agent" with their level. Ranked matches never use bots.

Purchases

Infinite Backlog is sold through the App Store. Apple handles payment and refunds under the App Store's terms.

No warranty

Infinite Backlog is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the application, online play, or leaderboards will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strategic Nerds is not liable for any damages arising from your use of Infinite Backlog, including but not limited to:

• Lost progress, scores, or ratings
• Interrupted or lost online matches
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Updates and modifications

We may update Infinite Backlog from time to time to add features, change game rules, or fix bugs. We may also modify these terms. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Termination

You may stop using Infinite Backlog at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the application.

We may discontinue online play or restrict your access if you violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
