By using FutureNerds, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

FutureNerds is a school operations platform designed for Montessori and early education programs, including classroom management, communication, progress tracking, enrollment workflows, and billing support.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. Access is role-based and scoped by school.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to bypass security controls or access data outside your authorized scope
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Interfere with service availability or other users

Data and content

Schools and users retain ownership of their data. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display data as needed to provide the service.

Payments and billing

If paid features are enabled, additional payment and subscription terms may apply. Payment processing is provided by third parties such as Stripe.

Service changes

We may modify features, pricing, or availability over time. We will use reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

Disclaimer

FutureNerds is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strategic Nerds is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of FutureNerds.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse of the platform.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
