License grant

Strategic Nerds grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LinkDropdown on your Mac for personal or business purposes.

Description of service

LinkDropdown is a macOS menu bar application that provides quick access to your frequently used links. The application stores all data locally on your Mac and does not require an internet connection.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Ensuring your Mac meets the minimum system requirements
Maintaining the security of your device
The links you add to the application
Backing up your link data if needed

No warranty

LinkDropdown is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

We make no warranties regarding:

The availability of websites you link to
Data preservation across application updates
Compatibility with all macOS versions

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strategic Nerds is not liable for any damages arising from your use of LinkDropdown, including but not limited to:

Loss of saved links or data
Service interruptions
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Updates and modifications

We may update LinkDropdown from time to time to add features or fix bugs. We may also modify these terms. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Termination

You may stop using LinkDropdown at any time by uninstalling the application. We may discontinue the application or restrict your access if you violate these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
